SULFURIC ANODIZE TYPE II
The anodizing process is generally created in an electro-chemical bath which produces a uniform natural oxide coating on the aluminum surface.
SULFURIC ANODIZE TYPE III
Sulfuric Hard Anodize: MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 1 is commonly referred to as “Hard Coat” and produces a much harder, thicker oxide coating then regular anodize.
CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING
Industraplate Corporation offers two alternatives for chemical conversion coatings on aluminum alloys. (A. Chromate Conversion). (B. Non-Chromate Conversion RoHS Compliant).
PASSIVATION OF STAINLESS STEEL
The passivation process in basic form is a chemical bath, main ingredient nitric or citric acid, is designed to maximize the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts after fabrication
